Behind every placement is our experienced operations team handling compliance, credentialing, and communication so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter.Exciting Opportunity for Registered Respiratory Therapists (CRT) - Nights\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Shift: Nights - 7 PM to 7:30 AM\n- Start Date: ASAP \n- Call Requirements: No call \n- RTO: Must request in packet \n- Location Requirements: Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility \n\nEssential Requirements:\n\n- Valid Tennessee Respiratory License \n- Certification in BLS, PALS, ACLS (AHA or ARC), NRP \n- Experience with:\n - Breathing treatments \n - Ventilator placement and checks \n - BiPAP placement and checks \n - ABGs and other related tasks \n- Experience in various units including:\n - Medical-Surgical \n - Intensive Care Unit \n - Emergency Room \n- Proficiency with equipment such as:\n - AIRVO for high humidity \n - V60 and Trilogy EV300 for BiPAP/CPAP \n - Puritan Bennett 840 & 980 \n - LTV1200 for vents \n- Knowledge of basic oxygen modalities \n- Ability to perform EKGs \n- Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience \n\nGeneral Information:\n\n- Dress Code: Navy Scrubs \n- Bed Capacity: 56 licensed / 34 in use \n- Patient Ratio: 15-20 patients per round on busy days \n- Electronic Medical Records System: Cerner \n\nImportant Note:\n\n- Do not submit applications if unable to start ASAP or without meeting the above requirements \n- Ensure all submissions include home address and Social Security Number \n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
