Customer Service/Relationship Building SpecialistFastSigns is hiring for a Customer Service/Relationship Building Specialist to join our team!Benefits/Perks:Competitive PayPaid Vacation and HolidaysPerformance BonusOngoing Training OpportunitiesA Successful FASTSIGNS Specialist Will:Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS CenterLearn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished ordersEnjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS CenterWork with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of businessBuild long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clientsInitiate sales calls to prospective clients to increase company client baseIdeal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:2-3 years of customer service & sales experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentOutgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationshipsGreat listening and organization skillsVery comfortable with incoming and outgoing sales conversationsAbility to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality workDo you enjoy working with people?
