Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated A or B Level Automotive Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive service and repair, particularly with GM vehicles. Your expertise will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers and the efficiency of our operations.ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.Utilize power tools and equipment to execute repairs efficiently and safely.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of automotive repair tasks.Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair options.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology, including ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems).Assist in training junior technicians as needed.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
