The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic as well as a wealth of construction and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential settings, including carpentry, painting, and drywall repair. Conduct light electrical work, such as installing fixtures, outlets, and switches. Perform light plumbing tasks, including repairing leaks, installing faucets, and maintaining plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines. Qualifications: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of residential construction practices and techniques. Proficiency in light electrical and plumbing work. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
