Job Position: Paintline Location: Delaware, OH 43015 Pay Rate: $18.50/hr Shift: 1st shift Description: Acloché has immediate openings for an Industrial Painter in Delaware, Ohio! Key Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, sanding, and applying primers as necessary. Painting and Coating: Apply paint using Spray techniques. Mixing Paints: Select and mix appropriate paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes, ensuring compliance with specifications. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate painting equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and safe to use. Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications, adjusting as needed. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure a safe work environment. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in painting, particularly in an industrial or manufacturing environment Technical Skills: Proficiency with various painting tools and techniques, as well as knowledge of safety practices related to painting and coatings. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to specifications. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in various positions. Warehouse is not temperature control.
