We’re looking for a Quality Manager (QA/QC) to lead and elevate quality performance across our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent product quality, driving continuous improvement, and building a strong quality culture across the plant.You will lead a team of quality professionals and work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver reliable, high-quality products to our customers.What You Will OwnLead all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the plant Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Establish and maintain inspection standards, testing procedures, and quality systems Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded in design, materials, and manufacturing processes Analyze quality data to identify trends and reduce defects and scrap Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards Manage, coach, and develop a team of quality engineers and inspectors Oversee calibration systems and testing equipment reliability What Success Looks LikeImproved product quality and reduced defect rates Strong audit performance and compliance Efficient and proactive resolution of quality issues A high-performing, engaged quality teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Quality, or related field 5+ years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment Prior leadership or supervisory experience Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF/TS16949 (preferred) Familiarity with tools such as SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, RCA, CAPA Key SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking Leadership and team development Cross-functional collaboration Attention to detail and process discipline Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation that recognizes your skills, experience, and impact Performance-based annual bonuses that reward results and contributions Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage to support your well-being 401(k) with a 4% company match to help you invest in your future 8 paid company holidays to rest, recharge, and maintain work-life balanceWork EnvironmentPrimarily based in a manufacturing plant, with some office work Exposure to noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures Occasional travel for supplier visits and audits Physical RequirementsAbility to wear required PPE (respirators, safety gear, etc.) Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and using inspection tools Visual acuity for reading blueprints and performing inspections Work Environment: This position operates in both an office setting and a manufacturing plant environment, requiring regular interaction with employees across all areas of the business.Job Duties DisclaimerThe duties and responsibilities outlined here are representative but not exhaustive of the tasks that the employee may be required to perform.
