Human Resources Business Partner
Work within Corporate strategies and policy frameworks to design and implement HR strategies, guidelines, and procedures within broad principles and policies set by the corporate organization to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs Organize and supervise core human resource services for the assigned sites to ensure that qualified personnel are recruited, developed, and motivated to achieve business objectives. In a partnership with the Talent Acquisition group, manage the recruitment processes, including the assessment of the need for the role, org design review, create job advertisements, hiring fairs, interviews, selection, and offers of employment. Ensuring all the hiring processes are adhered to. Interview and help select salaried personnel for the location.
