Lean Transformation Engineer
OverviewWe are seeking a high-potential manufacturing leader to drive Lean transformation, deliver rapid results, and influence cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a CI, Production, or Operations Leader ready to step into broader leadership within 2–3 years.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Kaizen events and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
Deploy and sustain Daily Management Systems (KPIs, tiered meetings, visual controls)
Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, OEE, and productivity
Partner across Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
Coach and develop supervisors and frontline leaders
Lead daily operations and ensure performance targets are achieved
Support broader business system deployment and strategic initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Proven success driving Lean transformations and measurable results
Experience with DMS, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving (A3, DMAIC)
Strong ability to influence across functions and lead changePreferredLean / Six Sigma certification
Experience in high-volume or complex manufacturing environments
