This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney to handle high-impact work within a collaborative, well-resourced litigation team.The role offers flexibility to focus on one or more of the following areas—depending on your background and interests—with the chance to gain early case ownership, trial exposure, and client-facing experience:Commercial LitigationCorporateCyber/Data SecurityEmployment LawPremises LiabilityProfessional LiabilityConstructionInsurance Coverage and Bad faithHealthcareTransportationGeneral Liability DefensePositions are available in the firm’s Delaware office, with flexible hybrid or fully remote options (in-office presence required only for hearings, depositions, or trial).Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparationCollaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and provide timely updatesDraft persuasive legal briefs, pleadings, and dispositive motionsRepresent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as neededBuild client relationships while contributing to the firm’s collaborative and supportive cultureQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolLicensed and admitted to practice in Delaware (or pending admission)2+ xaygatp civil litigation experience in one or more of the areas listed aboveStrong research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsTrial experience is a plus but not requiredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary ranging from up to $275,000, commensurate with experienceAnnual bonus eligibilityComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsStudent loan repayment assistance401(k) with firm contributionGenerous PTO and parental leaveLong-term career development opportunities with mentorship and training programs
