Required Skills: Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Urology Valid medical licensure in the applicable state Proven clinical experience in urology procedures and patient management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with minimally invasive or robotic urology procedures Research or teaching background in urology Bilingual abilities or proficiency in additional languages Preferred Education and Experience: Completion of an accredited Urology residency program At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology Active state licensure and relevant certifications Other Requirements: Availability to work weekdays, including full 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. shifts Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to medical standards Willingness to travel for conferences or specialized procedures when necessary We offer a highly competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, combined with comprehensive benefits, including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws, licensing, certification, travel reimbursements, and other applicable reimbursements.
