Title: Facilities Technician IIIDuration: 12 months contract Location: Menlo Park, CA 94025Shift time: 1:30 pm to 10pm Job DescriptionAfter Training Position will be second shift.Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace. Responsibilities include operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment (HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, Plumbing); move and installation of equipment and or furniture; and other related duties.Familiar working in a GMP environment. GMP Change Process, work orders, ISO standardsCandidates may have worked in Hospitals, semiconductor environmentNeeds experience maintaining a Clean RoomNeeds experience working on computer, specifically: Microsoft Word and documenting work in computer maintenance systemsAvailable to be on call, paid 2 hrs DayManagement of repair and improvement projects, managing vendors1-2 years exp in a GMP environment.Business facilities environment
