In this role, you'll lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers.Role Detail:This role requires approximately 50% or more travel within the region.You will work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on their facility services needsWork directly with different vendors and contractors if neededReporting and analyticsResponsible for Maintaining up-to-date contractor licenses to uphold good standing with relevant authorities.You will Participate in training programs to ensure familiarity with the latest regulatory requirements, enabling successful scope of work performance, including but not limited to, conducting site inspections to monitor compliance and quality standards.Obtain and secure all necessary permits and schedules inspections as mandated by pertinent mechanical or building codes, when applicable.Hard Skill Sets Needed:General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience - 3-5 years would be optimalElectrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experienceLeadership skills - Able to lead, motivate, and develop othersCommunication/Interpersonal skillsProblem solving skills - Route cause and breakdown analysis experienceCustomer serviceSoft Skill Sets Needed:EPA Universal CertificationPMP CertificationLean Six SigmaMaintain Mechanical Contractor license in state of employmentMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area. Or 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.Preferred Qualifications:General Maintenance, Supervising Associates, Working on cross-functional teams or projectsExperience in commercial Electrical workCompensation:Salary range: $90,000 - $180,000Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, geographic location, level of job offer, qualifications, and other job-related factors.Eligible for bonus incentivesBenefits & Perks: Beyond competitive pay, you can receive incentive awards for your performance.
