This position is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while ensuring safety, accuracy, and consistency in all marina operations.Key Responsibilities:Assist guests with docking, fueling, and general marina servicesOperate and maintain the gas dock in a safe and efficient mannerSupport daily operations of the Pro Shop, including sales and guest assistanceMaintain cleanliness and organization of docks, marina areas, and retail spaceEnsure adherence to safety procedures and operational standardsProvide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service at all timesAssist with inventory, restocking, and general upkeep of marina propertyQualifications:Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environmentComfortable working around boats and water (boating experience a plus)Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-consciousAbility to lift moderate weight and be on your feet for extended periodsFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysMust be 19 year oldWhy Join HMG?Work in a beautiful lakeside settingFun, team-oriented environmentOpportunity to build customer service and marine industry experienceSpend your summer outdoors doing something different every dayCome be part of a team that values service, safety, and creating memorable experiences on the water!
