Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yrAdditional compensation typesAnnual BonusDirect message the job poster from Brush Creek RanchCompensation range between $175,000 and $200,000!What You’ll DoAs General Manager - Brush Creek Ranch Collection, you will be responsible for effectively leading all aspects of the Lodge & Spa ranch and for delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the ranch by accomplishing performance objectives focused on topline revenue, associate and guest engagement, profitability and ensuring operating standards are maintained to the property’s Service Strategy. Additional leadership and mentoring of the Magee Homestead Proprietor and French Creek Director of Operations fall under this position.Strategic Leadership:Lead and manage the overall performance of the Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection.Develop and execute Collection-wide strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.Align individual ranches' service strategies to meet or exceed guest expectations.Operations & Property Management:Implement service strategies aligned with the luxury tier and brand affiliation of each property.Ensure clear communication of goals and performance metrics across teams.Analyze business results and collaborate with the executive committee to adapt and drive success.Oversee property performance, ensuring safety, security, and operational efficiency.Guest Satisfaction:Foster a culture of service excellence by modeling and advocating for the highest guest experience standards.Lead daily team stand-ups, engage with guests regularly, and resolve operational challenges.Regularly review guest feedback and ensure actionable improvements.Human Resources & Team Development:Hire and mentor a high-performing leadership team.Develop personalized growth plans for associates and ensure consistent training.Cultivate an open, collaborative, and engaging work environment.Conduct performance reviews and manage staff development through ongoing feedback.Review sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business plans and market positioning.Lead the Concierge team to execute flawless service strategies.Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and demand strategies.Represent the Collection in site visits, local community relations, and industry events.Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for all properties.Analyze financial reports to monitor and adjust performance against goals.Identify opportunities for increased profitability and drive cost efficiency.What You’ll BringAs a General Manager - Brush Creek Ranch Collection, you have:2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experienceExperience in similar leadership role required.
