Benefits PartnerSchweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a dedicated Benefits Partner to provide personalized support and guidance to our employee-owners and their families through the SEL Healthcare Concierge Program. The Concierge Program helps members navigate healthcare decisions by identifying high-quality, fair-value care and, when appropriate, coordinating direct billing on a case-by-case basis. In this role, you will serve as a trusted benefits advisor and key liaison between employees and the healthcare industry, helping to simplify complex systems and advocate for positive outcomes. You will play an important role in delivering a seamless benefits experience through employee education, thoughtful advocacy, and strong administrative execution. As a Benefits Partner, a typical day might include the following: Support customers with benefits questions ranging from simple to complex through multiple channels, including email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person consultations. Provide personalized benefits and healthcare support that simplifies care navigation and empowers customers to make confident, informed choices. Serve as a trusted benefits advocate for employees across the organization, ensuring concerns are understood, addressed, and resolved with care. Support ongoing and cyclical activities, including training events, new-employee orientation, and Open Enrollment. Conduct ongoing quality audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across benefits operations. Salary Range Data: We anticipate filling this position as a Human Resources Partner $76,000 - $112,000 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
