ABA Supervisor Program Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Tier ABA Supervisor to join our clinical team. This role works under the supervision of a BCBA and provides leadership, support, and training to Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of applied behavior analysis, and a passion for helping children and families reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily implementation of ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
Provide field supervision, performance feedback, and modeling for RBTs.
Support data collection accuracy and treatment fidelity.
Communicate effectively with families and assist with parent/caregiver training.
Collaborate with the BCBA to review progress and make data-driven recommendations.
Ensure professionalism, ethical conduct, and quality client care across all sessions.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree (MA or MS) in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field.
Experience: 6+ months of direct ABA experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and staff training.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
