You’ll help run leagues and day-to-day operations, support players on-site, and contribute to a positive, community-driven environment. Hours are flexible and typically take place during weeknights, depending on the league schedule.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToEncourage and maintain a quality experience throughout the leagueHelp players to connect & create welcoming environmentUse host app to check in players and report scoresOther league-day preparations, such as venue setup and supervisionPromote events and upcoming leagues via social media and on-field sellingDistribute marketing materialsMust-HavesInterest in sports and social activitiesIncluding but not limited to Skeeball, Bocce and Cornhole, and other bar activitiesStrong attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skillsWorks well in a team atmosphereAbility to multi-task and make decisions under pressureAbility to lift and carry 30-50 poundsPossess a positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearlyMust be available to work evenings and/or weekendsProficient customer service skillsHigh School Diploma /GED EquivalencyYou must be 21 or older to work this position, as most shifts are located in the bar“WOW” Us With ...Ability to communicate effectively with players in multiple languages (English/Spanish)Passion for sports and social activitiesOutgoing and ready to handle anything presentedPunctual and professional, but embraces a "work hard, play hard" attitudeStaff PerksDiscounts on Leagues and Volo Pass Memberships: Staff receive discounts on leagues and memberships, with some leagues potentially being free.
