We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organization's financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor communications. This position plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing invoices, executing payments, maintaining vendor records, and responding to vendor inquiries. This position ensures compliance with payment terms and supports the overall financial operations of the organization. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities:Process invoices, including coding, entering, and matching to purchase orders and receiving documentationPrepare and execute payments while maintaining accurate payment termsMaintain up-to-date vendor files, including 1099 informationRespond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status in a timely and professional mannerReview and distribute incoming mail and take appropriate action on correspondenceEnsure accuracy and compliance with organizational financial proceduresQUALIFICATIONSEducation:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:Previous Accounts Payable experience preferredKnowledge & Skills:Proficiency in 10-key data entryAbility to create and manage basic Excel spreadsheetsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasksStrong communication and organizational skillsLicensure, Registration, or Certification:None requiredJoin our Team!
