This is an opportunity to grow your engineering career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting cutting-edge electronic assemblies.[Responsibilities]- Assess production and supplier issues rapidly, identify root causes, and create actionable resolution plans.- Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and resolve technical problems.- Maintain and update technical data packages, including creating and presenting change documentation in review boards.- Troubleshoot failures using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, and similar equipment.- Analyze defect and yield data; recommend and implement process improvements to reduce recurring failures.- Participate in peer reviews with Engineering and Operations groups.- Own issues from discovery through resolution, ensuring clear communication and status updates throughout the process.- Support general electrical engineering tasks related to production support.[Required Skills and Experience]- At least 3 years of professional experience supporting manufacturing or test of electronic assemblies.- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.- Proficiency with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies.- Strong troubleshooting skills for digital, analog, RF, or mixed-signal circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.- Experience with root-cause corrective action investigations.- Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and Bills of Materials (BoMs).- U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance.[Preferred Skills]- Experience with Raytheon production support engineering.- Circuit card assembly design, electronic subsystem development, and sensor control expertise.- Familiarity with tools: Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, CST, Microwave Design Studio, HFSS, ADS, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer.- Subsystem integration and test, post-flight analysis, and statistical process control for yield improvement.- Technical writing, formal presentations, and change notice implementation.- Self-starter, able to work independently and in small technical teams.- Experience in technical oversight, cost estimation, progress tracking, and proposal support.[Benefits]- Collaborative team environment with frequent cross-discipline interaction.- Professional growth through technical challenges and peer learning.- Standard working hours (8:00am to 5:00pm) for work-life balance.- Access to advanced tools and technologies.- Opportunity to contribute to high-impact defense and aerospace projects.[How to Apply]
