Dayshift only, Monday through Friday, 8:45 to 5:00. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Cleaning all locations, top to bottom. Constantly vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, wiping, and mopping using the high standards set forth by the company. Miscellaneous cleaning duties as assigned, such as occasional light laundry or dishes. No heavy lifting or moving of furniture - just cleaning duties only. Qualified candidates demonstrate: Professional and friendly attitude towards clients and co-workers. Practical knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and services. Capability to use GPS and apps effectively. Knowing the Starkville areas are a plus. A team player and also be able to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Good reasoning + problem solving ability's to deal with any practical problems that come up while cleaning. Lastly, good physical fitness is required. Must be able to squat, scrub, stand, bend, stretch, etc, for several hours at a time. A uniform shirts and supplies are provided. MINIMUM HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Owning your own automobile, having a driver's license, and auto insurance is required to do this job.
