We are seeking a highly motivated Robotics Engineer with a strong background in AI-driven robotics and system integration . This role focuses on building, deploying, and optimizing intelligent robotic systems in real-world environments.
The ideal candidate should combine software engineering expertise, robotics domain knowledge, and hands‑on deployment experience .
Design and implement algorithms for robot perception, localization, and navigation (e.g., SLAM, path planning)
Develop and optimize computer vision and machine learning models for robotic applications
Build and maintain robotics software using frameworks such as ROS / ROS2
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI models into robotic systems
Integrate robotics software with hardware components (sensors, actuators, edge devices)
Support end‑to‑end system testing, validation, and deployment
Troubleshoot issues in real‑world environments and optimize system performance
Work closely with customers or internal stakeholders during on‑site deployment and iteration
Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering , or related field
Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++
Hands‑on experience with:
Computer Vision (e.g., OpenCV, deep learning frameworks)
Robotics algorithms (SLAM, navigation, sensor fusion)
Familiarity with Linux‑based development environments
Familiarity with Mandarin, fluent
Preferred
Experience with autonomous mobile robots (AMR) / drones / service robots
Experience in real‑world deployment
Knowledge of cloud/edge integration (e.g., AWS IoT, edge computing)
Experience working in cross‑functional or client‑facing environments
Strong problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on mindset
Ability to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
Effective communication skills in cross‑regional teams
