Senior Technical Program Manager

A leading global proprietary trading firm is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to help drive large-scale infrastructure initiatives supporting rapid international growth and high-performance trading operations.This is an opportunity to work in a highly technical, fast-paced environment alongside engineering and operational leaders, delivering critical programs across infrastructure, connectivity, and platform scalability.What you’ll doLead the delivery of complex infrastructure programs across data centres, hardware platforms, networking, and core technology services.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.Define program scope, manage dependencies, and drive execution across multiple teams and workstreams.Build and maintain program governance frameworks, delivery tracking, and risk management processes.Improve infrastructure planning, capacity management, and operational maturity across the organisation.Ensure alignment between infrastructure, development, and trading teams to support continued global expansion.Drive efficiency and visibility through modern tooling, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.What we are looking forDegree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or another STEM-related discipline.5+ years of experience in technical program management and/or infrastructure engineering within high-performance environments.Strong technical understanding of data centres, compute, storage, and networking technologies.Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, hardware, or platform deployment programs.AI-first mindset with exposure to generative or agentic AI tools to improve delivery, automation, and operational efficiency.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate autonomously and maintain momentum in fast-moving environments.Interest in building and scaling the infrastructure that powers mission-critical, latency-sensitive systems.Why joinThe opportunity to work alongside best-in-class professionals from over 40 different countries401(k) match up to 50% and fully paid health insurance25 paid vacation days alongside market holidaysExtensive office perks, including breakfast, lunch and snacks, regular social events, clubs, sporting leagues and more Not a fit?
