Your Compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $27.31 - $34.13 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $27.31 - $40.96.

What You'll Do:Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough investigations, interviewing victims, witnesses, and suspects, and collaborating with internal and external parties to resolve fraud and BSA concerns.
Document findings in case management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fraud trends.
Provide training to staff on fraud-related topics to support positive member experiences while effectively mitigating fraud risk.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the areas of retail operations, BSA/AML, fraud or compliance at a financial institution.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice, Accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred.
In addition:
Must be bondable.
Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Our Hours: A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM.
In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work. This role can be based out of our Tacoma or Alderwood corporate offices.
