A strong focus on innovation and equity is essential, as is support for the school's signature programs and clinical offerings. Applicants for the Interim Dean position at the company's School of Law should possess a J.D. degree and have a distinguished record in legal education, including experience in academic leadership. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage and inspire faculty, staff, and students. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to the values of the institution, particularly in the areas of access to legal education and social justice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
