Several associates have advanced into firm leadership and equity partnership positions.About the Role:This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3–7 years of experience in insurance coverage, insurance defense, professional liability, or first/third-party property matters who is looking to develop a sophisticated specialty practice with strong mentorship and client access.The role focuses heavily on litigation-related monitoring and insurance coverage analysis, while also offering exposure to broader counseling and strategic advisory work for domestic and international insurers.Responsibilities:Monitoring professional liability claims, lawsuits, and circumstances for insurer clientsAnalyzing policies and advising clients regarding coverage, exposure, and riskPreparing coverage analyses, client reports, and legal memorandaEvaluating pleadings, expert materials, and case developments to assess liability and damagesCommunicating directly with insurers, brokers, insureds, and defense counsel regarding claim strategy and developmentsAssisting with coverage litigation, including declaratory judgment actionsTracking reporting obligations, reserve considerations, and case developmentsCollaborating with partners on sophisticated insurance coverage and professional liability matters across multiple jurisdictionsQualifications:JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials3–7 years of experience in insurance defense, insurance coverage, professional liability, or related litigation practicesAdmission to the Georgia Bar (or ability to obtain)Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters effectivelyExceptional interpersonal and client communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a desire to develop a long-term specialty practiceRequired Skills:Excellent legal research and writing skillsStrong analytical and organizational abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and complex matters simultaneouslyPreferred Skills:Experience with professional liability, insurance monitoring, or first/third-party coverage mattersPrior litigation experience in insurance-related mattersExposure to coverage analysis and strategic claims counselingPay Range and Compensation Package:Competitive compensation commensurate with experienceHybrid schedule with 3 days per week in office1,900 billable-hour expectation Quarterly and annual bonus opportunitiesClear and accelerated path to partnershipHands-on mentorship and direct client exposure401(k) safe harbor contributionMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceParental leave and professional development supportCollaborative and social firm culture with regular team events and firm-sponsored socialsThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing, nationally respected insurance coverage boutique offering sophisticated work, long-term growth potential, and a strong firm culture.If you are interested, do not hesitate to apply!
