CAM/CNC Programmer

* The CNC programmer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and editing programs for milling, turning, and multitasking machines 2 – 5 axis machines. * The successful candidate will be hands on, possess knowledge of various HSM and HPM milling techniques, an in-depth background of tool and speed/feed selection, and be committed to the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and trust. * Programmer will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to stay on the edge of new technology and manufacturing strategies. *QUALIFICATIONS:* * Qualified applicants will have 3-5 years’ experience of CNC programming of machine tools with GibbsCAM or similar software. * The position requires the ability to handle diversified work assignments that may require independent thinking and judgment. * High school education required with training and experience in machine shop practices and techniques. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift Experience: * Gibbscam: 3 years (Preferred) * CNC programming: 4 years (Preferred) * 2-5 Axis: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
