Senior Developer - Teamcenter Development / Active Workspace (ITAR)Location: United States (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite based on project requirements)Job Type: Full-Time / ContractDomain: PLM / Engineering SystemsAbout the RoleHCLTech is seeking a Senior Teamcenter Developer with strong expertise in Teamcenter Development, Server Administration, and Active Workspace. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, customizing, and supporting Siemens Teamcenter solutions while driving improvements across PLM environments supporting engineering, manufacturing, and quality processes.This role requires a strong technical background in Teamcenter architecture, server administration, Active Workspace customization, and Teamcenter integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and configure Siemens Teamcenter solutions to meet business requirements.Design and implement Teamcenter workflows, business objects, BMIDE configurations, and system customizations.Administer and maintain Teamcenter server environments to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.Configure, customize, and troubleshoot Teamcenter Active Workspace implementations.Support CAD integrations and data management processes within Teamcenter environments.Perform system upgrades, patches, deployments, and migration activities.Develop and maintain Teamcenter integrations with enterprise systems.Diagnose and resolve complex production and application issues.Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Teamcenter best practices.Create technical documentation and support system validation efforts.Required SkillsMust HaveSiemens Teamcenter DevelopmentTeamcenter Server AdministrationTeamcenter Active WorkspaceTeamcenter Workflow DevelopmentBMIDETeamcenter Configuration and CustomizationTeamcenter Integration DevelopmentStrong troubleshooting and debugging skillsTechnical ExpertiseTeamcenter ArchitectureActive Workspace CustomizationTeamcenter Server Deployment and AdministrationFMS (File Management System)CAD IntegrationsTeamcenter Security and Access ControlsWorkflow and Process AutomationData Model ConfigurationTeamcenter Upgrade and Migration ActivitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting large-scale PLM implementations.Knowledge of manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial engineering environments.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Familiarity with Teamcenter quality, change management, and product lifecycle management processes.Siemens Teamcenter Certification in Development or Administration is highly preferred.EducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Equivalent industry experience may be considered.ITAR / Export Control RequirementThis position supports programs that are subject to U.S. Export Control regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
