Enterprise Account Manager (NYC/Remote)

By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.Our Customer is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. On-site in New York City is preferred; however, candidates from other locations will also be considered.ResponsibilitiesSupport onboarding of new locations including creating bulk upload sheets and submitting work ordersCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful activation of new merchantsSubmit and manage catalog and menu build tickets to support onboarding and updatesHandle inbound requests related to menu and catalog issues and route to appropriate teamsManage and track tickets across systems including catalog, integrations, analytics, and data engineeringSupport monthly and quarterly accounting reporting for self-delivery merchantsPrepare and send weekly reports and respond to ad hoc reporting requestsRun test orders to validate system functionality and identify issuesTroubleshoot technical issues and resolve backend invoicing concernsAddress merchant issues and provide solutions to improve experienceManage multiple ongoing tasks and tickets in a fast-paced environmentSkills And QualificationsExperience working with ticketing systems such as JiraExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM platformsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyExperience with reporting and data analysisAttention to detail and ability to handle operational workflows efficientlyAbility to work in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
