Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are a vital part of the Ballard Industrial Team and have a daily direct impact on our success as a company. We work together to create and develop life-long customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge that is second to none. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:·        Promptly answer phone calls and respond to emails.·        Answer all customer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, etc.·        Assist our Outside Sales Team in processing quotes and orders.·        Accurately enter orders and quotes into our BisTrack POS System.·        Review (on a daily basis) “stale” orders and follow up on any outstanding quotes.·        Provide assistance to other departments (e.g., quoting, pulling orders, writing additional orders or credits, etc.).·        Perform other tasks as assigned by your manager. Qualifications:·        Insides Sales, Customer Service, & Retail Sales Experience is preferred.·        A background in selling industrial products is preferred but not required.·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.·        Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.·        Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft OS/Office.·        Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.·        Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Benefits:·        Compensation range $27-$35/hr.
