MissionLead and scale Roboze’s global positioning as a category-defining manufacturing platform by owning narrative, media, brand, employer branding, and strategic partnerships.Role OverviewWe are looking for a senior leader to drive Roboze’s global communication strategy across media, PR, brand, employer branding, and partnerships.This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and business development. The selected candidate will shape how Roboze is understood by customers, partners, investors, talent, and the broader market, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all external touchpoints.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Positioning & NarrativeDefine and evolve Roboze’s global positioning and messagingEnsure consistency of narrative across all regions, industries, and channelsDevelop and maintain core messaging frameworks, including category definition and value propositionAct as the central point of ownership for how the company is described externally2. Media & Public RelationsBuild and manage relationships with top-tier international media, with a strong focus on the USDevelop and execute a proactive media strategy aligned with business prioritiesOversee PR agencies and ensure delivery of high-impact outcomesDrive coverage that reflects Roboze’s role in advanced manufacturing and mission-critical industries3. Executive CommunicationsPartner closely with the CEO and leadership team on external positioningManage executive visibility across media, speaking engagements, and thought leadershipDevelop high-quality content for keynotes, interviews, and strategic communicationsPosition leadership as authoritative voices in manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial innovation4. Strategic PartnershipsIdentify and develop strategic relationships with key industry players across aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial sectorsStructure partnerships that strengthen market positioning and enable joint visibilityCollaborate with business units to align partnerships with commercial and strategic priorities5. Brand & Communication SystemOversee the evolution of Roboze’s brand across all external assets (website, decks, events, content)Ensure coherence between brand identity, messaging, and business strategyEstablish clear guidelines and governance for all communication materials6. Employer BrandingDefine and execute a strong global employer branding strategy aligned with Roboze’s mission and growth ambitionsPosition Roboze as a destination for top-tier talent in engineering, manufacturing, and deep techWork closely with leadership and HR to attract, engage, and retain high-caliber talentDevelop content and initiatives that showcase culture, impact, and career opportunities7. Creative Marketing Campaigns & InitiativesDesign and execute bold, high-impact marketing campaigns that reinforce Roboze’s positioningDevelop creative initiatives that break through noise and capture attention across key marketsCombine storytelling, data, and industrial credibility to drive engagement and pipelineContinuously experiment with new formats, channels, and approaches8.
