UKG Pro / Kronos Workforce Management Consultant
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced UKG Pro / Kronos Workforce Management Consultant to support enterprise workforce management transformation initiatives, including migration, implementation, payroll integration, and post-go-live stabilization activities. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in UKG Pro, Kronos Workforce Central, workforce operations, and enterprise-scale implementation support.This role requires strong functional and technical understanding of workforce management systems, timekeeping operations, payroll integrations, compliance processes, and stakeholder coordination across business and technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end UKG Pro migration and implementation activitiesWork on Kronos Workforce Central configuration, support, and optimizationAssist with workforce management system deployments, cutovers, and go-live activitiesProvide production support and post-go-live stabilizationValidate payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance configurationsCoordinate payroll integrations and workforce compliance processesPerform QA validation, testing, defect tracking, and issue resolutionCollaborate with HR, payroll, operations, vendors, and technical teamsSupport workforce policy configuration including pay rules, accruals, and labor complianceAnalyze system issues and provide root cause analysis and remediationEnsure smooth transition during migration and implementation phasesMaintain documentation for workflows, configurations, testing, and operational proceduresRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience supporting workforce management systems in enterprise environmentsStrong hands-on experience with UKG Pro and Kronos Workforce CentralProven experience in workforce management implementations and migrationsExperience supporting enterprise go-lives, cutovers, and stabilization activitiesStrong understanding of payroll integrations, timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce complianceExperience with QA validation, UAT support, and testing processesExcellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skillsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilitiesAbility to work effectively in cross-functional enterprise environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with large-scale HRIS or workforce transformation programsKnowledge of workforce compliance and labor regulationsExperience with integrations between payroll, HR, and workforce systemsPrior consulting or enterprise implementation experience preferredKey SkillsUKG ProKronos Workforce CentralWorkforce Management (WFM)Payroll IntegrationsTimekeeping & AttendanceWorkforce ComplianceQA Validation & UATGo-Live & Cutover SupportPost-Go-Live StabilizationStakeholder & Vendor ManagementEnterprise ImplementationsHRIS Systems Support
