Well established organization targeting a CFO to join our team! Prefer a candidate with small company manufacturing background/ pharmaceutical experience a plus! Base up to $150k+ 25k bonus ($175k all in potential) + benefits Onsite- Centrally located near Compton, Lakewood, Carson CA Must be comfortable wearing many hats and assisting with all hands on duties of our small organization. As our CFO, you will be responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of our company. In addition, you will also contribute to the development of our financial and operational strategy, KPIs, and the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system. Small manufacturing company experience. Entrepreneurial type who enjoys wearing a lot of hats, building, and improving processes. Strong FP&A. Strong tenure in prior roles Good attitude and strong leadership who enjoys collaboration. MS Dynamics 365 (currently migrating from Navision to MS 365).
