This role is ideal for a mission-driven clinician who values a patient-centered, root-cause approach to care and is comfortable stepping into an established practice to provide high-quality coverage.Assignment DetailsFlexible locum assignment (full-time or part-time options available)Coverage needed for Medford clinic locations (Talent, Central Point, Grants Pass, Hillcrest)Assignment length: 3 months with option to extendThis is a non-benefited positionResponsibilities And DutiesProvide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment Required QualificationsActive Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner*, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain) Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience is a plus) Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficient in using electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus) Nurse Practitioner Licenses Accepted:FNP- Family Nurse Practitioner AGNP- Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner AGNP- PC- Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchVoluntary LTD, FSA, Accident, Critical IllnessPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysEmployee and Family DiscountsPaid Parental Leave
