This opportunity is based on a Machine Operator career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing or press-operation experience preferred Basic math, reading, and computer skills Ability to read and understand product specifications Manual and electric pallet jack experience Strong time-management and multitasking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong safety awareness and attention to quality Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Comfortable standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift Strong hand-eye coordinationJob Duties: Set up and operate flexographic printing presses Build production orders according to specifications Load and unload production materials Change inks and configure presses for different formulations Install and remove press components Perform quality checks and report product defects Complete production reports accurately Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor maintenance Move materials, press rolls, supplies, and finished products Box, label, and palletize completed products Provide break coverage and assist other operators Follow environmental, health, safety, quality, and food-safety procedures Complete special projects and additional production duties as assignedBenefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The Machine Operator supports manufacturing by operating production equipment according to established procedures and quality standards. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments. A successful Machine Operator understands machine operation, product inspection, material handling, and equipment monitoring while maintaining productivity and workplace safety.
