The Global Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the strategic execution, optimization, and performance scaling of paid digital campaigns across international markets.This role goes beyond campaign management — it owns multi-country activation strategy, localized messaging alignment, budget allocation across regions, and performance optimization across Google, Meta, and additional digital platforms.It works directly with our paid media AOR..The ideal candidate combines strong technical platform expertise with multilingual capabilities (French, German, and Spanish) to quality support campaign localization, ad copy validation, and cross-market performance insights.This position plays a key role in driving qualified lead volume, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS) across global territories.Core Responsibilities1. Global Campaign Paid Media Strategy & ExecutionPlan, ship, and manage multi-country campaigns via agency partners across:Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Additional relevant paid channels as neededDevelop localized campaign structures aligned to regional goals and metricsEnsure proper tracking and attribution setup (GA4, GTM, conversion events, offline conversion imports)Oversee language localization of ad copy and messaging (French, German, Spanish), ensuring cultural and regulatory alignmentManage budget allocation across markets based on performance and growth opportunity2. Performance Optimization & ScalingMonitor daily performance across global accounts and proactively optimize toward:CTRConversion RateCPAROASLTVAnd other digital media metricsServe as the strategist for structured A/B testing across:CreativeAd copyLanding pages (in collaboration with CRO/web team)Audience segmentationIdentify cross-market insights and replicate winning strategies across regionsScale high-performing campaigns while eliminating inefficient spendDevelop performance forecasts and scaling roadmaps3. Analytics & ReportingTranslate performance data into actionable strategic insightsBuild and maintain global reporting dashboardsPresent market-level insights and recommendations to leadershipAnalyze lead quality in partnership with Sales/OperationsEnsure clean tracking, attribution accuracy, and data integrity4. Cross-Functional & International CollaborationPartner with Creative agency, contractors, and team to guide asset development and localizationCollaborate with SEO for keyword and market alignmentWork closely with agency teams to improve landing page performanceCoordinate with regional stakeholders to align campaigns with promotions, seasonality, and territory needsAct as the paid media subject-matter expert for international marketsRequired Skills & Experience3–5+ years hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns globally in key markets for france, germany, and spain (or US /hispanic equivalent)Experience managing multi-country or international campaignsAdvanced proficiency in:Google AdsMeta AdsInfluencer Ads/WhitelistingStrong knowledge of:Google Analytics 4Google Tag ManagerMetaOnline Media overallConversion tracking and attribution modelingExperience managing monthly budgets of $500K+ (or relevant global scale)Strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilitiesMultilingual proficiency:Professional working proficiency in French, German, and SpanishStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent written communication skills for multilingual ad copy oversightPreferred QualificationsExperience in multi-location or international media/marketing agencyFamiliarity with CRM integrations, campaign processes, and conversion trackingExperience scaling performance campaigns internationallyCompetenciesStrategic thinker with execution excellenceStrong QA discipline and attention to detailPerformance-driven mindsetProactive problem solverComfortable managing multiple markets and budgets simultaneouslyStrong time, stakeholder, and budget management skills
