Join a company of significance!We are currently seeking a Program Manager in support of Program Management for the Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) for the Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation customer located in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will work across multiple customer leads and technical teams to plan and track projects. Candidates should possess a mix of technical and managerial skills. The primary focus of this position is working alongside senior Government customers to hire and manage employees to perform duties as assigned.Please note this is a contingent offer upon award of effort.DutiesServe as primary point of contact for work related to the program both technical and administrativeManage organization of GaN employees and subcontractorsFrequently engages with customers and staff in order to plan and track all workDevelops project plans as needed and tracks progress until deliveryContributes to the development of project management strategies and processesDevelop resource management plans and controls program costDevelop Work Breakdown Structures where appropriateAssists in managing changes associated to projectsCommunicates pertinent information and requirements to staff both customer and corporateEnsure quality on all deliverablesPerform all manpower and staffing actionsAnalyzes program risk, develops, and implements mitigation strategiesQualitiesPEO Aviation Experience a must, preferably within SRDExperience with project management tools (MS Project)Strong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsSelf-motivation, self-direction, and ability to work independentlyGood understanding of Government contractingQualificationsBachelor’s Degree10+ years of relevant experienceActive Secret ClearancePMP desiredGaN Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
