Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Salesperson will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for 180 Construction. Day-to-day tasks will include outreach to potential clients, preparing sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The individual will also track sales data and report on performance metrics to support the company’s growth objectives. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsProven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close salesExperience in developing and delivering compelling sales presentationsBasic understanding of construction or real estate industries is a plusProficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, with strong organizational skillsGoal-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targetsHigh levels of self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solvingBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required, or equivalent professional experience
