Monitor ABRA office performance on a daily basis. Maximize efficiency by scheduling workload appropriately among the team. Ensure quality control for all administrative work being completed. Work with estimators and technicians to provide a positive guest experience. Ensure guests remain informed of the status of the work being completed on their vehicles. Provide status reports to the ABRA Manager on a regular basis. Update rental companies on the status of vehicles for guests. Order supplies for the office staff when necessary. Work with insurance companies regarding claim information.Requirements: Prior experience working in an auto body, repair shop, or dealership setting preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service. Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. Upbeat and positive attitude is a must. Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check. Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably. Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop occasionally.
