Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Environmental Estimator located in Westmont, IL. The Environmental Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for environmental remediation and selective demolition projects. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, analyzing environmental policies and compliance requirements, creating detailed project scopes, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure bids align with client needs and regulatory standards. Qualifications Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards and Environmental Compliance practicesUnderstanding of Environmental Policy and Environmental Science fundamentalsStrong Communication skills to collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders effectivelyDetail-oriented with the ability to analyze project specifications and regulationsProficiency in cost estimating software and tools is required. Relevant experience in environmental contracting or estimating is highly advantageous
