Spanish Onboarding Consultant
Spanish Onboarding Consultant, responsible for managing the onboarding process for Spanish-speaking retail customers in a full-time remote position, focusing on customer satisfaction and project management to ensure successful implementation of the Toast POS system.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding engagements and create training plans for retail staff on utilizing the Toast product
Conduct remote site assessments and document the installation of the Toast POS system
Provide post-live support and guidance to customers during their first 30 days of usage
Required Qualifications
Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish
4+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
1+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles
Experience with project management tools such as Salesforce and Asana
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
