RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a growing, stable, and nationally recognized building systems expert to assist them in hiring a Service Coordinator in undefined, undefined.This role provides general administrative support to the Service Team and serves as a key point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal departments. The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and dispatching service technicians, processing work orders and billings, coordinating resources, and ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned teams’ customers.Receive customer warranty and service calls, determine the nature and extent of service issues, and schedule appropriate service support.Assign and dispatch qualified service technicians in a timely manner based on customer needs, technician skill sets, and availability.Communicate ETAs to customers and provide updates regarding delays or scheduling changes.Manage work order documentation and assist with project invoicing and accounts payable processes.Provide labor resource coordination to support Project Managers, Project Engineers, and technicians on projects of varying size and scope.Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and equipment needed for service operations.Generate, interpret, and distribute various operational and service reports.Support field technician dispatching, onboarding coordination, and related administrative functions.Research and resolve expense discrepancies and maintain accurate customer account information, including billing terms, tax status, invoice contacts, and special billing rates.Prepare yearly, monthly, and weekly execution plans for Preventive Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement work.Partner with internal teams on accounts receivable efforts and customer satisfaction initiatives, including client follow-up and retention programs.Assist with onboarding and development of Service Administrators as needed.Foster a professional, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.Perform additional duties and assignments as requested.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Associate degree (AA) preferred.2+ years of related dispatching, administrative, or customer service experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.FANTASTIC All-In Compensation Package IncludesEXCELLENT salary DOE + bonus401(k) w/ 50% MATCH, NO CAP & IMMEDIATE vesting100% paid medical, dental & visionGenerous PTO daysGym membership + discounted cell phoneContinued career growth & work-life balanceFSA, HSA, life & disability insurance, and MORE!We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
