**Job Title:** Mobile HVAC Union Engineer**Location:** Steven's Point, WI**About the Role**As a CBRE **_Mobile HVAC Union Engineer_** , you will perform advanced preventive maintenance and complex repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities for a major telecommunications client. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of critical infrastructure. CBRE provides the vehicle, tools, and resources necessary to ensure your success in this role.This position is part of the Facilities Management team, which is responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of our client's facilities and ensuring a safe and productive environment. This is a union position, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement will determine all terms and conditions of employment.**What You'll Do**+ Perform advanced preventive maintenance and complex corrective repairs on building systems, industrial equipment, vehicles, and facility infrastructure.+ Monitor and maintain building automation systems and overall building performance.+ Utilize multiple skilled trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC.+ Inspect building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure equipment operates within design capabilities and maintains required environmental conditions.+ Oversee and inspect work performed by external contractors, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC services, plumbing, and cleaning services.+ Perform assigned repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks.+ Review work orders and estimate time, labor, and materials required to complete repairs.+ Order and maintain necessary materials and supplies for maintenance tasks.+ Maintain energy management programs to ensure building systems operate efficiently and cost-effectively.+ Maintain and repair building lighting systems, including fixture, ballast, and component replacement.+ Perform additional tasks such as brazing, carpentry, furniture assembly, and locksmith work as needed.+ Respond promptly to emergency situations and coordinate additional assistance when necessary.+ Complete maintenance documentation and service records as required.+ Perform other duties as assigned.+ Be on a rotating on-call schedule.**What You'll Need**+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
