This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an international and dynamic team.Our prestigious Client is a trusted Packaging partner to the world's most well-known Fashion brands offering innovative and sustainable packaging and branding solutions .Operating in locations worldwide, their mission is to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for customers.The objective of this EU Global Accounts Manager role is to operate as a point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with responsibility for c.3M euros of business.Possibility to part work from home – and also part time, (from 40 hours pw to min of 32 hours pw) . Office North Brabant, NetherlandsKnowledge of packaging and/or printing technology is a big plusYour responsibility – what you will do: General Manage projects, working to carry out client goals while meeting company objectivesCommunicate client needs and demands to managementExecute and monitor projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved on timeProject Development / Management Develop new projects and products for existing and new customersGenerate sales among major EU client accounts, including cross-sellingExecute and monitor projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved on timeFull service: Coordinate and manage projects from briefing over artwork and materialspecification to first sampling and production trial.Support local Sales team to grow global projects.Reporting and Administration Create Sales and Order Reports and collaborate with production sitesMaintain records of samples and documents for assigned accountsPrepare briefs for quotations and analyse cost break downs to price offersProvides assistance to production sites with regards to stock managementWhat we are looking for – skills and experience: Account/Project management experience, preferably in the packaging sectorKnowledge of packaging and/or printing technology is a big plusDutch – with fluent English language skillsExcellent planning and management skillsCustomer focus and ability to build up a strong relationship with customersExcellent team working skillsEmpathy and self-reflectionStrong communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and hands-on attitudeIT literate (MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, the internet)Driving license and willingness to travel (occasionally in EU and exceptionally globally)#J-18808-Ljbffr
