Manager Middleware

The ideal candidate will come up through either Kafka or MQ or both and then got into management. Any middleware is fine. There are 6 people in the group, 3 do Kafka and 3 do MQ. It is 60% cloud, 40% on prem. Combination of engineering and production support, so they will be 24/7 production support. Must have excellent communication Middleware implementation and ongoing support will manage a team to install configure and maintain third party components middleware on multiple operating system platforms windows unix linux mainframe J2ee application servers, automation. Manage the team that will install, configure and maintain 3rd party software components classified as middleware on multiple operating system platforms. Manage the team that will advise on design and assist with development of applications using these tools. Configure production, development and testing environments and ensure the availability of these application services.Qualifications:Excellent critical thinking skills.Systems administration and change management practices.J2EE application servicesMessage-oriented middleware.Internet / Web based technologies.Scripting and coding.CI/CD tools.Cloud native applications.
