We are on the hunt for an experienced Fleet Mechanic who thrives in an independent environment, thinks quickly, diagnoses failures, and performs corrective maintenance on heavy diesel equipment with ease. Our Fleet Mechanics work onsite with customers, handling breakdowns, repairs, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and service work on everything from construction equipment and tractors to medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks. No two days are the same. Day-to-Day Responsibilities as a Fleet Mechanic: Diagnose and repair fleet and diesel equipment onsitePerform inspections, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs on agricultural equipment, construction equipment, and medium/heavy-duty trucksDiagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issuesComplete repairs efficiently and professionally while minimizing customer downtimeCommunicate clearly with customers regarding equipment issues and repair recommendationsMaintain accurate records of completed service and repairsRepresent the company professionally while working at customer locationsEnsure work is completed safely and to the company standards What We’re Looking For:Minimum 2 years of Mechanic experienceAbility to diagnose and repair mechanical issues independentlyValid driver’s license requiredMust be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceComfortable meeting clients onsite or at designated service locationsPositive attitude and willingness to continue learningReliable, trustworthy, and able to work individuallyFull-Time Fleet Mechanic Schedule:Full-TimeMonday through FridayShop-based with occasional local travel/meet-up locations
