Bartender

The Dexter's Pub is seeking an energetic and experienced Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their drink orders - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption - Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately - Clean and maintain the bar area, including stocking supplies and replenishing inventory - Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Skills: - Strong knowledge of retail math, basic math, and ability to handle cash transactions - Experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes - Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
