Senior Business Intelligence Engineer – Product & Customer Analytics
Responsible for analyzing product performance and customer behavior to generate insights that guide product development and business strategy. This role combines data analysis, statistical modeling, and business intelligence to evaluate how customers interact with digital entertainment platforms and product features across multiple devices and services. The position focuses on transforming large-scale data into actionable insights that improve product experiences and support strategic decision-making.The role requires translating business questions into structured analytical plans, extracting and analyzing large datasets, and presenting clear insights to both technical and business stakeholders. The team operates at the intersection of technology, statistics, and data analysis to understand customer behavior and evaluate the performance of product features.Analytics initiatives typically begin with identifying key business questions and defining the metrics needed to measure performance.
