Project Manager - Large Commercial/K-12 BuildsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large commercial and K-12 construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and make necessary adjustments to project plans.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with large commercial or K-12 projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocation
