Cards Business Analyst

Role Name: Cards Business Analyst Location: Hanover JOB DESCRIPTION: "Elicit analyze and document business requirements through workshops interviews and discussions Create and maintain BRDs FRDs user stories use cases and process flows Translate business requirements into clear actionable specifications for development teams Work closely with Product Owners Project Managers Developers and QA teams Support UAT planning and execution including test case review and defect triage Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements Ensure traceability of requirements through to solution delivery Facilitate stakeholder reviews and signoffs Support production releases and postimplementation reviews trong experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation Experience with Agile andor Waterfall methodologies Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams Technical Functional Skills Experience with User stories acceptance criteria Process modeling BPMN flowcharts Data analysis and reporting Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Confluence MS Excel PowerPoint Visio Basic understanding of Databases and data flows APIs and system integrations preferred Domain Experience Preferred Banking Financial Services Insurance Payments Regulatory Risk or Compliance systems Customer experience or workflow platforms eg Pega Client
