PART TIME COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ADMININSTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and property efficiency. Duties - Tracking tenant certificates of insurance. - Tracking superintendent time sheets. - Creating invoices. - Scanning. - Filing electronic documents and hard copies. - Back up receptionist duties. - Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time. Experience Able to read and understand certificates of insurance. Able to enter data into lease administration software. Able to run reports with lease administration software. Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Good communication skills.
